They tried to cheat me when arriving at 9pm to the hotel saying there was no place for us and I would need to go to a similar category hotel (in fact was a lower one) and would not need to pay nothing additional. when it was 50 usd cheaper...

Friendly efficient staff which was extremely helpful. Good value for money when compared to other hotels in El Calafate. The common area was very authentic.
Rooms are very small and minimalistic. The hotel and rooms need more maintanance.

We spent Easter at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips on local activities. The warm and comfortable rooms made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the main attractions. The breakfast buffet was also top-notch, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes.
That some noise from adjacent guests could be heard through the walls at times, but it didn't really bother us much. we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable stay in a great location.
